Senior Characterization Engineer/Scientist 

 

The candidate will be responsible for performing detailed characterization of mixed-signal ASICs. The candidate will collect, analyze, and interpret data on the performance of an imaging array for optical response, noise, spectral response, angular response, and dark current. The candidate will form a close relationship with the design team, providing comprehensive, documented feedback on all aspects of CMOS image sensor performance. In addition, the successful candidate will make recommendations on how particular analog circuits and/or digital data processing methods can be enhanced in subsequent sensor designs. Knowledge of CMOS or CCD image sensors and strong programming and data analysis skills are essential. Experience in PCB design and/or HDL development is desirable. The position requires a BSEE or BS in physics (or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience, or an MSEE (or equivalent) with 3+ years of experience.
