Our client provides the highest quality environmental, solid waste engineering, field service and construction management services from project conception to completion. We are seeking an energetic and self motivated Senior Level Air Quality Specialist to join our growing team! Air Quality Specialist - Senior Level Responsibilities Will Include the Following: - Project management of air quality related projects - Interpret action of air quality program rules and regulations, focusing on California state and local agency regulations, in addition to federal Clean Air Act regulations - Oversight and senior level review of project work products, including site specific technical data, air emissions calculations, technical reports and environmental permit applications and permit terms and conditions - Communicate with Regulatory Agency staff - Act as a key participant in Cornerstone's overall air quality program Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering - Must have at least 10 years minimum senior level experience in air quality regulatory programs - Must have California regulatory general western states experience a plus. - Study/experience with greenhouse gas audits/emission reduction techniques desirable.
