Senior Air Quality Engineer

Global leader in providing environmental, health, and safety consulting services is seeking a Senior Air Quality Engineer to support their Central California office.  If you are qualified and interested in contributing your expertise to a team of innovative professionals, please email your resume in MS Word format.  Responsibilities:- Oversee and effectively conduct air permitting and compliance projects;- Develop and implement environmental compliance management systems and processes;- Prepare air permits and authorizations;- Evaluate air pollution control technologies;- Prepare proposals, proposal costs, and change orders;- Mentoring junior staff;- Maintain client relationships that are supported by repeat business;- Maintaining budget/schedule expectations and scope of assignments. Requirements:- BS in Engineering or related degree, MS preferred;- 8+ years of experience;- Consulting experience working with Title V, PSD, NSR, BACT, and MACT;- Good presentation skills;- Advanced regulatory knowledge with proven negotiation skills with regulators, SJVUAPCDS exeperience a plus;- Certified or ability to obtain certification.
