Aerotek Professional Services Location: Cary, NC 27512 Salary: 19.00 - 22.00 USD /hour Position Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Job Category: Business/Strategic Management Sales Analyst  Job Description: Aerotek Inc., is seeking a sales analyst for one of their manufacturing clients in Cary, N.C. The Sales Analyst will be responsible for tracking sales activity against annual goals and financial statistics for product and market analysis. They will present data and findings for informed management decision-making. The Sales Analyst will support the Sales Manager by providing order and sale incentive history data, administrative support tasks and other projects as directed. A qualified candidate will: - Have a 2 year business degree and a MINIMUM of 4 years related experience in sale or business. - Operate at an EXPERT level in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other desktop applications. - Be able to write queries, macros and reports using ODBC links and other data resources. - Have extensive working knowledge of a CRM AND MRP systems. - Be very familiar with CRM segmentation, data management, data measurements and statistical analysis. - Demonstrate ability to exercise judgement, solve problems and make recommendations. - Be excellent at analytical thinking, taking initiative, multi-tasking, teamwork and cooperating with others. - Have a strong customer service focus and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The sales analyst will be able to provide reports using Visual Studio from the CRM tool and perform ad hoc analyses to evaluate key business metrics for sales and marketing as well as the executive management team. The person in this role must be able to provide analysis to the management team on a monthly and quarterly basis.
