The Albany, New York office of ENSR Corporation is seeking a highly motivated entry-level Geologist. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing geological and hydrogeological data in both the field and office settings. The field activities will consist of air, soil, groundwater and sediment sample collection, geological logging and interpretation, and the oversight of investigation and remediation subcontractors including laboratories and excavation and drilling companies. Some travel (occasionally extensive) will be required to support local and regional field projects, the majority of which are located in the Mid-Atlantic area.QualificationsA bachelors degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or Geology is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, oral and writing skills.
