SR Mechanical Design Engineer
Project or Program Description:Oversee projects from the sales specification, through conceptualization, engineering, manufacturing, assembly & final on-site responsibilities include layout, detail design, assembly drawings of both standard and custom equipment. Â Â Background Required:BSME and 8-10 years minimum machine design experience in rolling mills, winders & other metal forming rotating equipment. Additional experience with wire & tube drawing, wire flattening and shaping and/or spring coiling equipment is a plus. Knowledge of AutoCAD required, Inventor 3D modeling a strong plus. Must have working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication systems and electro-mechanical devices. Must be willing to travel, occasionally international.
