SENIOR TECHNICIAN II

In executing these projects, our people embrace integrity, excellence, teamwork and accountability - the values that connect us across the globe.The Civil/Solid Waste Group is seeking a Senior Technician who will be responsible for providing on-site CQA oversight for construction activities related to landfill cell and closure projects. Specific responsibilities include CQA in the installation and testing of structural fill, soil liners, and aggregated components. Will also include observing and documenting construction activities related to landfill construction and closure to ensure compliance with the drawings, plans, and specifications. Other responsibilities include preparing daily reports, maintaining technical documents, maintaining quality control reports, and preparing the final constructions documentation reports. Requirements: Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 8-9 years related CQA experience is required. CQA experience in the installation of geosynthetics is preferred. The successful candidate will have the capability to read construction drawings and specifications and should be familiar with using nuclear density gauges. This position requires 90%+ travel with typical assignments lasting 3 to 5 months.
