SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER (HEAVY MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT)
Our Firm, Dare Human Resources, has been selected by one of the world's oldest and leading construction and engineering Firm to assist them with their multi- staffing needs. Strength in the ownership of infrastructure and in the provision of operations and maintenance is what sets this Corporation apart from others in its field. We are currently seeking a SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER for HEAVY MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT at the Firm's project in Montreal, Quebec.
A minimum of ten (10) years experience working in the hydro industry as a Mechanical Engineer, as well as a minimum of five (5) years experience working with heavy mechanical equipment is necessary. The candidate must have a university degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferable from a known institution. Membership in good standings with a professional engineering association is essential.
The successful applicant will be required to manage and supervise the various teams assigned to projects. Several of your responsibilities, but not limited to, include preparing technical documentation for projects, leading and coordinating the progress of mechanical engineering work, providing technical support and handling all other tasks required by a Senior Mechanical Engineering in particular with Heavy Mechanical Equipment.
Proficiency with English, both written and oral is necessary. Working knowledge of French would be an asset.
