Job Title:    Sales Account Manager for Architectural Solutions

MicroCAD Training & Consulting is a leading Authorized Training Center and Value Added Reseller of AUTODESK products. We are looking to hire a motivated SALES PERSON to manage existing accounts and find new business opportunities.  This is an exciting opportunity for an assertive, highly motivated, sales oriented individual to join a fast-paced, successful, growth oriented company. 

Job Functions Include:
1.  Goal:  Generate leads and new sales of Computer Aided Design (CAD) software for architectural, construction and engineering firms on a business-to-business environment.
2.  Maintain database of customers and prospects
3.  Conduct regular onsite visits to customers
4.  Regularly conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers
5.  Work closely with team of Telemarketers and Lead Generators
6.  Work closely with the Applications Specialists for product technical knowledge
7.  Take inbound sales calls
8.  Write price quotations
9.  Be able to communicate the products’ features and benefits
10.Contribute to the Marketing Team with:  Presentations, Article Contributions to Newsletters, User Groups, Product Tips/Tricks
11.Conduct PowerPoint presentations to customers during product demonstrations and seminars
12.Promotion of the company training, consulting and staffing services. You will offer a complete solution opportunity to every customer.



Job Title: Telemarketing / Tele-Sales Person / CAD Sales

Job Responsibilities
1. Contact prospect base through effective telemarketing methods to qualify needs.
2. Promote and sell products and services through suggestive sales techniques to meet and surpass profitability goals.
3. Provide customers with accurate information regarding all products and services.
4. Generate sales revenue to meet or exceed sales quota.
5. Write up and process sales contracts in a professional manner and in accordance with company guidelines.
6. Operate computer to view prospect information and perform basic data entry using a contract database management software (ACT).
7. Refer customer concerns immediately to the appropriate person.
8. Apply the company's sales policies and procedures to provide proper an effective treatment to all customers.
9. Follow up sales as appropriate.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience. Base Salary (32K to 45K) + Commissions & Bonuses
