*Perform engineering projects within a research environment*Apply engineering principles and practices to rapid prototyping circumstances*Provide engineering and processing support to the Business Units, Customers as well as vendors*Devise new equipment and develop formulas, processes and methods for solutions of technical challenges*Conduct research on manufactured products to develop and improve projectsManage certain vendor relationships.BS in Engineering or plastics processing discipline. Prefer candidate with 3-5 years experience working in a plastics processing environment . AutoCad and/or Solidworks experience preferred. Strong entrepreneurial spirit.
