Regional Office Manager
Jordan, Jones & Goulding (JJG) is a consulting firm offering a full range of engineering and planning services. JJG has a current need for an experienced Regional Office Manager in their Cincinnati, OH office.
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for all duties related to management of an established regional office for a large multi-service engineering consulting firm. This includes planning, reporting, development and management of budgets, personnel recruitment and management as well as business development. Direct responsibility for existing client maintenance and development of new clients is the primary function of this position.
Qualifications
This senior level management position requires 10 to 15 years of progressively responsible experience in either a consulting engineering firm or responsible management position in a water/wastewater utility. The successful candidate must possess the interpersonal skills required to develop business, grow a small office and act as the primary interface with clients of various backgrounds. Education, experience and personal skills to develop and manage engineering projects for water and wastewater clients are required. In addition, he/she must be versatile enough to provide oversight management of engineers and/or engineering teams for projects not directly in their field of expertise. Demonstrated experience as a successful personnel manager is required.
Education
BS Civil/Environmental Engineering or equivalent combination of education and related experience in engineering consulting or in a water/wastewater utility management position.
Professional Licenses
Registration as a Professional Engineer in Ohio and Kentucky within 6 months of employment is required.
Compensation
Salary range of $110,000 to $125,000 plus company supplied vehicle; bonus plan and competitive benefits package.
