Recruitment Coordinator
RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR, Brain and Cognitive Sciences, to develop and lead an outreach program to involve children, parents, schools, and community groups in brain imaging and psychological research at MIT. Duties will include interacting with schools, families, and organizations; attending community events; making presentations to lay groups; and writing materials for brochures and the Internet. Will also establish and maintain a database of children and families willing to participate in brain imaging studies.
REQUIREMENTS: ability to explain the research experience to a lay audience; experience working with schools, children, and families; and excellent interpersonal skills. Seek highly responsible, organized individual who demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently. MIT-00005715 Duties may involve working evenings and/or weekends. 8/7/08
