Phase One Inc. (phasei.com) is looking forÂ oneÂ full timeÂ or two part time persons for ReceptionistÂ and combinationÂ typist and office assistant, to work out of our Orange County, Tustin, CA. office.Â Â Phase One Inc. is a 17+ year old, national environmental consulting firm. Your primary tasks would beÂ answering phones, word processing, copying, and assembling and binding reports.Â Â Other tasks may be customer service, assisting in marketing, and report production. Â

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma, Receptionist and/or typing Experience

Must possess excellent computer, MS Word, and organizational skills.

Computer and/or MS access database experience a plus.

Local candidates preferred, as relocation assistance is not being offered.
