Come share the opportunities that consistently rank our firm as one of the leaders in our industry We are seeking a motivated, high-energy individual to perform reception duties as well as a variety of office support functions in our growing White Plains, NY office. The person in this position will perform all receptionist duties, including answering incoming calls on a multi-line phone, and meeting and greeting clients and visitors. Other responsibilities include handling incoming/outgoing mail, FedEx, UPS, faxing and fax distribution; training, troubleshooting and setup of FedEx, UPS and mail machines; ordering meals for meetings, and other duties as assigned. This person will also perform administrative tasks, as time allows, including copying, and binding production, assisting with the maintenance and/or the creation of Excel and Word documents and databases, assisting with office supply ordering and organization of Production Room. This position supports our White Plains, NY office which presently includes approximately 30 employees. The hours for this position are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position requires extensive time sitting throughout an 8 hour day. Some lifting is required, up to roughly 50 lbs. Qualifications: - Associates Degree, Bachelor's preferred. - A minimum of 3 years of experience performing Receptionist and Administrative duties required. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint. - Experience using Microsoft Outlook required.
