Compensation includes a competitive salary, medical and dentalinsurance benefits, and 401K plan with employer matching contribution.The R&D Design Engineer will work to create and maintain automated product design software, utilizingMicrosoft Visual Basic and SolidWorks, to support sales of new and existing products as defined by themanagement and marketing team. You will also work with the R&D Engineering group to developinnovative new products that are designed for manufacturability and lowest cost. Work will also include:Maintenance and continual improvement of engineering systems and standard operating procedures.You must have the ability to work closely with others and inspire teamwork and cooperation.
