Quality Manager
The Quality Manager is responsible for developing, leading and implementing all initiatives pertaining to quality assurance for the Hot Runner, Vermont business. Additional responsibilities include information management of policies, procedures, plans, standards and audits, to ensure that all products and services provided meet or exceed customer expectations in a cost effective and efficient manner. The overall objective is to increase customer satisfaction by driving changes to continuously improve all business process and product offerings. Requirements include strong interpersonal skills, particularly in the areas of performance management, delegation, presentations and problem solving and excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally within a global organization. The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience in a manufacturing and/or operations environment and leadership experience. BS in Mechanical Engineering preferred. Specific Quality management experience and ASQ Certifications (CQMgr., CQE, CQA) preferred, but not required.
