Proposal Writing Intern Call (713)781-0231Description: Intern to provide support to Project/Proposal Managers by receiving data and organizing it into proposal format for professional presentation to customers. Major content of the technical proposal would be retrieved from an internal database. Coordinate with company sales, marketing, project management, engineering, and outside vendors to develop data such as drawings, data sheets, and technical information as required for proposal content. Assist in the formatting or editing of final proposal documents, maintain and ensure that template quality and company standards are adhered to, version control of the document through numerous drafts, create tables, diagrams, organizational charts, print and collate proposal documents, produce related material such as binder covers and arrange for final packaging and delivery to sales team and or customer. Performs administrative and office support activities to proposal project managers. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, making travel arrangements and coordinating passport issues, setting up conference calls and meetings, assist with expense reports, filing and faxing. The rates will depend on current class standing and last year completed.
