Property Coordinator III-CAMDS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Incumbent must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 year clerical experience with emphasis towards secretarial and administrative assistant duties OR an Associates Degree and 3 year clerical experience with emphasis toward secretarial and administrative duties. In addition, the incumbent must be able to demonstrate experience using spreadsheets, wordprocessing, and database management software. Incumbent must be able to perform a combination of clerical and administrative duties under minimal supervision, using communication skills to confer with employees at all levels within the organization, and performing a large volume of work requiring a high degree of accuracy. Job Description : DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:1. Complexity:- Duties include performing varied tasks requiring many different and unrelated processes and methods applied to a broad range of activities or substantial depth of analysis. Decisions regarding what needs to be performed include major areas of uncertainty in approach, methodology, or interpretation and evaluation processes resulting from such elements as continuing changes in program, technological developments, unknown phenomena, or conflicting requirements. The work requires originating new techniques, establishing criteria, or developing new information.2. Scope and Effect:- The duties involve isolating and defining unknown conditions, resolving critical problems, or developing new theories. The work product affects a wide range of establishment activities, major activities of industrial concerns, or the operation of other organizations.3. Guidelines:- Guidelines are broadly stated and nonspecific. The work involves isolating and defining unknown conditions, resolving critical problems, or developing new theories. The work product or service affects the work of other experts, the development of major aspects of administrative programs, or the well-being of substantial numbers of people. The incumbent must use judgment and ingenuity in interpreting the intent of the guides that do exist and in developing applications to specific areas of work. Frequently, the employee is recognized as a technical authority in the development and interpretation of guidelines.4. Supervision Received:- Broadly defined missions and administrative direction is provided by supervisor, however the incumbent, has responsibility for planning, designing, carrying out programs, projects, studies or other work independently. Work is completed with minimal supervision and incumbent may be required to serve as a lead to lower level office support personnel. Duties in this area require tasks to be completed with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.6. Supports the TOCDF safety culture by performing all duties in accordance with the below listed safety responsibilities and enforcing a safe work environment.7. Performs other duties as assigned. : :
