Project Manager and Senior Civil/Structural Engineer

Specifically, we are seeking a Project Manager with experience with design and project management on Federal and Department of Defense projects. A Structural Engineer with experience managing multi-disciplined projects (including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) would be an ideal candidate. If selected for this opportunity you will manage a significant portfolio of projects with high priority clients including several branches of the Department of Defense. You will engage the client to ensure we understand their needs and deliver on those needs. You will have access to design teams that include experts in all civil and facility design disciplines. You will have the opportunity to grow our business with the clients you serve and uncover new business opportunities in partnership with our sales team. As mentioned above, we are seeking Structural Engineers with proven Project Management experience - experience which involves team leadership and financial management. We will consider Engineers of other disciplines if they possess broad, multi-discipline Project Management experience. It will be your responsibility to ensure client satisfaction as well as plan for and deliver solid project financial performance. Experience with Project Management systems is required and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Individuals with a passion for relationship building and client service will thrive in this role. We require PE registration or the ability to obtain this soon after hire. Ideal candidates will have 15+ years of experience with at least 5 of these in Project Management including a significant amount of Department of Defense work.
