Building System Commissioning· Oversee and manage a Commissioning Project · Review and collaborate with a Client to develop their Owner Project Requirements (OPR)· Review and Comment Basis of Design in comparison with the OPR · Review design development and construction documents for all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and AutomaticTemperature Control · Focus review on the Operating Sequence, Maintainability, Energy Impacts, Design Related Issues, Program and Cost Implications· Ensure Commissioning can be facilitated and develop Specifications · Support in resolution of design review concerns and track status · Develop Commissioning Plans· Develop MEP Pre-Functional and Functional Test Documents· Support Performance Verification Testing on Mechanical, Electrical and ATC Control System · Hands on performance testing with data logger, flow hoods and water flow meters· Support in Resolution of Deficiencies · Document Results and Develop Final Report · Develop a return on investment analysis  2. Utility Feasibility Studies · Develop and or Support in an Analysis for Chilled Water, Steam, and or Power Generation Systems · Document results of analysis and present in a pictorial, graphical and easily readable Powerpoint presentation.  3. Energy — Operations · Provide engineering support to oversee manpower operation of a large boiler plant· Provide engineering support to manage fuel use and consumption for a large boiler plant· Develop Energy reports and present to senior team of a University  Â· Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent related experience · Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional or strong knowledge of LEED Standards· Facilities, Maintenance and Operational background a plus· 5-10 Years related experience in HVAC, Electrical and or ATC Systems· Potential Client Contacts a plus  ARAMARK offers a unique environment that fosters individual growth and rewards performance.
