Stewart Systems is a focused group of engineers, scientists and craftsmen dedicated to understanding the needs of high volume production in the baking industry and constantly improving our equipment to meet the needs of our customers. Today, Stewart Systems manufactures a complete line of unit equipment and systems for a global community producing high volumes of bread and buns for an ever-growing market, including fast foods, worldwide. Looking for an experienced and highly talented purchasing professional with significant experience and a track record of getting things done in a manufacturing environment. The right candidate will need to ensure that the right information is created and available to support management decision-making process. About the Opportunity Help Stewart Systems Global LLC be a leader in the industry by acting as the Product Manager-Bakery Equipment who supports field sales representatives; offers technical solutions; prepares and makes sales presentations; develops estimates; increases sales opportunities; protects organization's sales value.

Qualifications

Makes compelling presentations to a variety of audiences using visual aids, slide shows, and other media. Is adept at getting the attention and involvement of the most sophisticated and difficult audiences.

Excellent ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including non-technical.

Expert at combining extensive knowledge of the business to integrate and develop sound budgets.

Promotes team spirit and works collaboratively to achieve team goals.

Adeptly explains features, benefits, and technical aspects of the full product line. Demonstrates expert knowledge of the competitive market. Previous experience in the baking equipment industry or baking industry required.

Influences product development by gathering and analyzing product, customer, and operational requirements.

Focuses the sales effort around identifying and fulfilling customers' current and future needs.

Deep understanding of technology developed through real-world experience in a variety of settings.

Thrives under pressure. Ability to effectively handle escalations and time critical issues. Remains productive, provides solutions, and meets goals in stressful situations.

Closes the sale by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment.

BA/BS or equivalent experience.
