Project Engineer HVAC
Intertek provides safety testing and certification services to a variety of industries including wireless technology, security, home appliances, industrial, medical, telecommunications, automotive, building products and electronics.
Job Title: Project Engineer-HVAC
Location: Richardson, TX
This position is responsible for performing HVAC testing and evaluation on a variety of products to the provisions of U.S., Canadian, European, and other International standards; writing reports; and communicating with clients.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in engineering field
·1-4 years directly related experience performing general refrigeration and gas tests
· Prior project management experience is a plus
· Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form
· Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
·MUST be self motivated and assertive and have the ability to work independently
· Working knowledge of personal computers & MS Office software
· Strong organizational and time management skills
