Project Coordinator
My client, a manufacturer of heavy industrial gas manifolds and skids for the oil and gas industrial, is seeking a Project Coordinator for their facility, located outside of Houston, TX.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for monitoring project cost to budget and advise management of schedule impacts.Reviews material take-offs and cut sheets prepared by the drafting department .Prepares material requisition.Coordinates with assigned Project Foreman to assure effective of the workforce relative to the project.Interfaces with certain other company departments, subcontractors, and Construction Services Engineering to achieve product quality and timely delivery.Responsible for tracking and estimating the cost of change orders.
Qualifications5 plus years working in a fabrication operation.Knowledgeable of drawing interpretation, specifications and material is necessary.
