Position:  Project Assistant, Bridge Engineering Team

 

Responsibilities: A key player in supporting project management and the daily operations within the Salem office by assisting project managers, invoicing clients, administering contracts and budgets, answering phones, scheduling appointments and meetings, providing customer service to callers and visitors, typing correspondence, mailings/shipments, filing, faxing, assisting with deliverables, office librarian and other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

· Ability to perform general office functions, organizational and time management skills, detail-oriented, team player, strong communication skills, and multitasking

· Minimum of 3 years experience in an office environment

· 3+ years experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Prior experience working for a professional services firm (consulting industry) a plus
