Program Manager (Yuma Proving Ground)
A BS degree in a scientific or engineering discipline is required. Masters degree in management or engineering is highly desirable. Possess 15 or more years experience managing a component of a large Army Developmental Test Range (such as Yuma, Aberdeen, Dugway, WSMR, etc.). Experience as Test and Evaluation Manager or Program Manager on an Army weapon system that has been tested at one of the Army's Test Ranges (Aberdeen, Yuma, Dugway, WSMR, etc.) is also desirable. Certification under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act at level II or III in Program Management, Test and Evaluation, or Systems Engineering is highly desirable. An active Secret clearance is required (TS preferred). Job Description : EG&G Warfighter Support, a business element of URS Corporation (29,000 employees and $4.0B in annual revenues) is seeking a proven Program Manager to lead and manage a large and complex range services contract at the Yuma Proving Ground. Our preferred candidate would possess an extensive Army or Civil Service background with comprehensive Test and Evaluation experience leading teams of over 500 personnel. A thorough understanding of delivering test support services to customers performing tests at the Yuma Proving Ground is highly desired.
