Program Budget Analyst - Temporary

Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Economics and at least 3 years of job-related experience. Additional related experience may substitute for degree requirement. Knowledge of Department of Defense budget procedures required. Experience with Navy or Marine Corps accounting systems desired such as SABERS, FINNS, etc. Acquisition/Program Office experience desired. Excellent communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required. Position may require travel. Position will require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance. Current clearances desired. Job Description : EG&G is seeking a temporary Program Budget Analyst to support a Marine Corps Program Office for approximately 8 - 9 weeks starting beginning of October. Individual will require a broad knowledge of accounting and finance principles in the analysis and evaluation of the prior, current and future financial conditions of ongoing and future projects, programs and operations to determine status, performance, expenditures and revenues. Responsible for the preparation of and coordination of financial documentation to include budget development, funds transfer, purchase orders, Military Interdepartmental Purchase requests etc. : : EOE M/F/D/V
