Program Analyst - Platform and Launch Systems

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.Outstanding computer skills including proficiency in MS Office applications required. Desire to contribute meaningfully within a team and willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities. Excellent interpersonal, organization, presentation, communication and facilitation skills are required.Superior time management and prioritization skills with an ability to perform under deadline pressure required.Proactive problem solver with ability to multi-task and work under minimal supervision is desired.Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.**US Citizenship Required** Job Description : Under general supervision provide program management support and analysis. Provide program support including routine and non-routine program correspondence and documentation, presentations and briefings, and program reports.Financial and Contracting Activities - Generate monthly status reports. Develop contract requirements. Interface with internal functional teams for planning and resolution of contract issues to support customer requirements and goals. Track and analyze contract budgets, schedules and deliverables and report findings to external customer. Generate subcontracting procurement requisitions for contract proposals and oversee subcontract execution. Interact with external customers, contract administrators and subcontractors to maintain contract budget, tasking, schedule and deliverables.Employee and Customer Support - Coordinate with HR and Security concerning new and existing employee issues. Respond to employee calls and emails. Respond to external customer requests. Visit external customers and employees weekly. Maintain and track employee training.Proposal Support - Support proposal development activities as a leader or a member of the functional teams. : :
