We are currently seeking Program Analyst (Journeyman) to perform the following:* Provide program management support to scientific program manager in the administrative elements of the Biomedical Laboratory/Clinical Science Research and Development Services BLRD/CSRD research portfolio.* Perform filing and archive functions for program material.* Execute appropriate auditory controls to ensure program tracking system is consistent with program records.* Perform data entry and data extraction of program-related data used by scientific program manager's to make scientific, management and budgetary programmatic decisions. * Coordinate the in-take, validation, and review of all program submissions.* Support meeting management functions by ensuring all meeting logistics are complete and communicated to appropriate manager, recording meeting minutes, and generate all pre and post meeting correspondence. * Effectively communicate program related non-scientific information to stakeholders.* Generate all program related correspondence. * Record meeting minutes. : :
