About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team of professionals. This candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, preferably a Masters and 8 to 12 years experience. Must have prior supervisory skills and will supervise the shift supervisor, 30+ team leads and 30+ operators. This person will be responsible for safety, quality control, budgets, cost control, employee issues, and interacting with customers, i.e. customer complaints.

This position is based in South Plainfield, NJ.
