High school diploma or equivalent. US Army Production control or the US Army Logistics School is a plus.Must be a U.S. citizen.Possess or be able to obtain a secret security clearance.Working knowledge of Army automated data processing equipment such as ULLS-A, ELAS and other automated aircraft record programs. Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite to include Microsoft Access. Working aviation background as it relates to logistics.Employment is dependent upon successful background security and drug screen. Job Description : Minimum of 3 years recent aircraft maintenance administration experience and shall perform a variety of clerical, administration, and duties necessary to keep aircraft maintenance activities running efficiently. The candidate shall have experience in recording historical data and maintaining individual files pertinent to aircraft, support equipment, engines and other designated equipment. Candidate shall have experience in maintaining forms and records and producing reports associated with the aviation maintenance programs, shall be capable of establishing correspondence files, routing system, message files and maintenance historical files. This position requires close communication with maintenance control supervisors and all other maintenance department personnel. Additional production/maintenance control duties included, but not limited to: scheduling aircraft inspections, keeping charts that show trends in aircraft system reliability, organizing and operating libraries of technical publications, reports and related maintenance data, issuing aircraft inspection and work orders, performing a wide range of clerical and administrative duties related to aircraft maintenance, such as preparing reports and correspondence, filing and typing, maintenance aircraft and engine logbooks, and associated records. : : EOE M/F/D/V
