Maybe one that will lead to a Sales role in the future... Job Description:1. Serve as a consultant to customers and sales representatives regarding product features, benefits and applications. When necessary, make joint calls with sales personnel to customer's facilities to address technical inquiries and seminars.2. Investigate product performance issues at field installations and with returned materials.3. Conduct training sessions with new employees to educate them on the features and benefits of our products and services.4. Serve as an internal resource on product issues, representing the customer’s needs.5. Continually update personal knowledge of products, competitive products, and piping markets.6. Improve your job processes by incorporating the Quality Improvement Process into everyday activities. Participation in QWG'S, MAT'S, CAT'S and utilization of QIP problem solving techniques is required.7. Perform additional related projects as assigned by the Manager of Engineering Services.8. Additionally, specific policies and procedures have been established by the Engineering Department for all Engineering staff to provide for the security and accessibility of electronic data and confidential information. It is the responsibility of the employee, in the daily course of doing business, to follow said policies as they relate to document management. Requirements: 1. Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 2. Excellent communication skills and professional appearance. 3. Organizational skills and ability to set priorities. 4. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.Salary plus bonus!
