Product Development Engineer
BS in Engineering and five to ten years process engineering experience related to pharmaceutical or food. Product development, process and transitioning the new product from R&D into manufacturing. Scale-up experience. cGMP is a big plus Execute engineering projects to support the development and maintenance of products, equipment, and facilities. Implement all aspects of the project including: the planning, schedule, design, specification, cost estimate, justification, installation/construction, commissioning, and qualification of large scope or multiple moderate scope projects. Collaborate with process engineering, maintenance, R&D, external contractors and design firms, and other associates to define and implement these projects. Troubleshoot problems, brainstorm solutions, and implement corrective action. Must have strong root cause analysis skills. Independent generation of controlled technical documentation required to support product development and commercial production. Must have strong communication skills.
