Product Development Engineer

  BS in Engineering and five to ten years process engineering experience related to pharmaceutical or food. Product development, process and transitioning the new product from R&D into manufacturing.  Scale-up experience. cGMP is a big plus  Execute engineering projects to support the development and maintenance of  products, equipment, and facilities.  Implement all aspects of the project including:  the planning, schedule, design, specification, cost estimate, justification, installation/construction, commissioning, and qualification of large scope or multiple moderate scope projects.  Collaborate with process engineering, maintenance, R&D, external contractors and design firms, and other associates to define and implement these projects.    Troubleshoot problems, brainstorm solutions, and implement corrective action.  Must have strong root cause analysis skills.
