Process Manager - CoGen Electrical

Granite City Works, located in Granite City, IL has an immediate opening for a Process Manager - CoGen Electrical.  The position will report to the Area Manager Utilities.  The repsonsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

The Process Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance of Water Treatment and the new Co-Generation facilities.  The responsibilities will also include Supervising Electrical Craftsmen and Electrical Contractors along with working closely with the Process Manager - CoGen Mechanical.

Major Responsibilities: Day to Day electrical operations of the Water Treatment facilities. Start-up of the CoGen facility. Tracking and maintaining the preventative maintenance program. Maintain a safe work environment and lead by example. Sustain boiler operations.

 



Job Requirements: Desired candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent years of demonstrated knowledge in electrical maintenance and process instrumentation. 3 to 5 years working with industrial controls and medium voltage electrical maintenance. Previous Co-Gen experience is a plus. Experience building effective teams. Good communication skills.
