Job Description:

Develop and recommend process improvement for manufacturing and distribution operations in our various facilities as it relates to process flow, and equipment operations while adhering to high safety and quality standards. This is achieved via trouble shooting, problem solving, equipment purchase recommendations, and fixture and tool design, as well as creating/analyzing process flow diagrams. In this role you will also interact and build relationships with clients and internal staff via client relations and strong communication skills.  This position also supports daily set-up, technical support and cleaning of computer driven manufacturing equipment. Creating Cad drawings and modifying existing patterns is also a core function of this position.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:B.S. in Engineering or relative work experienceMinimum three years manufacturing or distribution experience in an engineering capacityAuto Cad or similar CAD expertise Working knowledge of manufacturing equipment operation and repairProject ManagementCommunication Skills (oral and written)Client RelationsMicrosoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Working knowledge of simulation software (Arena) Minimum of two years experience in maintenance trouble shooting.
