Process Controls Engineer

About your role … As a Process Controls Engineer, you will be working closely with multi-disciplinary project teams involved with municipal, commercial, and industrial projects. Your responsibilities will involve programming PLC and HMI systems, writing software operations manuals and control narratives, as well as performing field system start-up and debug. Software may include: PLC’s: Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Modicon, GE HMI: iFix, RSView, Wonderware Design: AutoCAD Others: Visual Basic, SQL, Access, Oracle What’s so great about this job, anyway? What kind of candidate are we looking for? Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in process control automation, instrumentation and controls design, system start-up and debug, programming with Allen Bradley PLC’s, and HMI software. A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Computer Science/Engineering is required. Some travel will be required.
