Payroll Specialist

Process hourly payroll for Kennametal Inc. and various US subsidiaries, monitoring incoming system interface data from various sources, on a tightly controlled schedule, to assure that checks are printed and distributed on time.
Experience and Skills:




Post high-school education in business disciplines and 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or human resource systems.

Detailed knowledge of the SAP-HR module.  Kennametal-specific accounting would be a plus.

Superior interpersonal skills and confidentiality are required, as this position will have access to personal information.

Possess the ability to deal with large amounts of detail and a variety of policies and procedures, while working to the most stringent of deadlines.
