Part Time Administrative Assistant (Indianapolis)

ERM seeks a part time administrative assistant for their Indianapolis, IN office to assist in day to day office functions and provide support to the Branch Manager. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized self starter who will assist in supporting an office of approximately 22 staff. Responsibilities include: Manage and route incoming calls; Provide assistance with project reporting, editing & formatting, proposals, and presentations; General office support as needed. Requirements: High School diploma required; 3.5 years experience in administrative assistance; Experience with basic office functions such as answering phones, filing, faxing, and ad hoc projects as assigned; Ability to multi-task; Strong oral and written communication skills including ability and comfort interacting with internal employees and clients; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
