Packaging Equipment Technician
Technician needed to set up, test and install machinery for packaging/labeling/processing equipment manufacturer.
Â
Mechanical and electrical knowledge required as well as ability to operate hand/power tools, testing devices and other equipment as necessary. Working knowledge of machine tools such as lathe, mill, band saw, drill press, etc. and ability to weld is desirable. Position requires travel for installation of equipment in the field.

Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a mechanical/electrical service environment, preferably with packaging/labeling/processing equipment. Experience in auto, truck, military (electrical & mechanical) or industrial equipment service considered. Pay based on experience and skills.
Â
Applicants should own their own tools and have excellent customer service ability. Requires valid CA driver’s license with good driving record. Qualified applicant must be able to pass a drug, motor vehicle and criminal background check before employment. Excellent benefit package including medical, dental and 401k.
