The successful candidate must have:A BS degree in Liberal Arts/Science or related fieldAF DCGS operational experience with background in training methodologies, course development, and training presentations. Additional experience in an intelligence related field. Knowledge and experience in the coordination and administration of AF or MAJCOM-level training requirements. A thorough understanding of existing and future programmed TCPED technologies, the applications of multi-intelligence data, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) technologies and Airborne ISR operational employment and sustainment concepts is desired. Experience in developing professional-level written material. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access) Excellent communications and analytical skills; working knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programs; mastery of Department of Defense and Air Force acquisition policies, procedures and tools.TS security clearance with special accesses. Job Description : We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Operation Training Analyst--Air Force Systems, to:1. Provide process stewardship, documentation, administration and coordination to support DCGS operations training and pre-deployment training requirements. 2. Collaborate with Air Staff, other MAJCOMs and other organizations as required to draft, coordinate, update and maintain Air Force and ACC policy, instructions and historical records relating to DCGS Initial Qualification Training (IQT), Mission Qualification Training (MQT), Continuation Training (CT) requirements and pre-deployment training requirements as determined by the ACC A2. 3. Draft, design, and implement courses and courseware in support of existing and emerging DCGS training and pre-deployment requirements. Present training courses relating to the above subjects to organizations outside ACC and the USAF as required. 4. Review and comment on ACC unit supplemental DCGS training policy and guidance. 5. Draft, design, and implement procedures to track AF DCGS training for all personnel who participate in any type of DCGS training. Provide weekly, monthly, annual and ad hoc reports documenting DCGS training to include: type of training, attendees/home station, training provider, location of training, and other information as required. 6. Attend meetings relating to DCGS training and provide input, feedback and information as needed to represent ACC/A2 interests in supporting all Air Force DCGS training requirements. : : EOE M/F/D/V
