Operations Manager

Join us, we are seeking a senior operations manager for our Honolulu, Hawaii office. This key position reports to the Western Regional Manager, and involves leading an office of 15 people and helping Tetra Tech EM Inc. grow our diverse customer base including Navy, Air Force, and numerous state, county, and private companies. 

Experience Requirements: Must have 10+ years environmental consulting experience in a wide variety of areas ranging from office management, project and program management, professional environmental services, and business development.  The successful candidate will have experience working with both private and public sector clients, with a strong track record of business development success.

Skill Requirements: The successful candidate will be a highly motivated entrepreneur with the following qualifications:  Currently manages and has a proven record of building and diversifying an operation with public, commercial, or international customers while managing the growth and delivery of quality products and financial results.  An established client base with the private sector and the government.  Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.  A passion to work for a company that values leadership, empowerment, flexibility, and an entrepreneurial spirit. 

Education Requirements: B.S. degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or related degree required.  Advanced degrees preferred.
