The responsibilities of a O & M Specialist II include, but are not limited to:* Plan all work performed by the maintenance department* Coordinate activities with the appropriate individuals who have been assigned the responsibility of executing and scheduling work throughout the organization* Development of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and project work packages. These activities are coordinated with all area maintenance departments* Support maintenance and project work by planning, estimating, and coordinating approved work orders* Optimize productivity and work quality by assigning or developing a systematic job plan for work executionQualificationsThe preferred candidate should have:· 6-8 years maintenance experience in related industry· Skills in appropriate trades sufficient enough to inspect tasks and determine correct action to be taken · Knowledgeable on Safety and Environmental regulations and practices· Knowledge of procurement practices· Physically fit to be able to climb up, in, and around equipment for inspectionFluor values the contributions of a diverse and inclusive workforce and is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
