NEPA Project Manager

Weston Solutions, Inc. (WESTON®), a leading infrastructure redevelopment services firm, has an exceptional opportunity in our San Antonio office for a NEPA Project Manager.Candidate will be responsible for day to day project management including: supporting the preparation of proposals; planning, coordinating, integrating, monitoring, appraising and closing project activities; ensuring the maintenance of technical communications and business files; reporting variances from plan; appraising impact of variances; recommending corrective actions; administering project changes; maintaining client liaison; preparing declarations of revenue and participating in professional activities for the purpose of career development and WESTON image enhancement. Candidate must have experience to successfully plan, price, schedule, assemble teams, manage, and direct overall completion of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) and Environmental Assessments (EA). BS degree plus ten (10) years of experience, or equivalent. MS degree plus eight (8) years of experience, or equivalent. PhD plus six (6) years of experience, or equivalent. Experience demonstrating progressive increase in financial/supervisory accountability and authority. Adheres to corporate sense of risk management protocols, and has the ability to lead by example.Experience with DoD and/or Ports is a plus, as are skills in a resource area. The successful candidate must be comfortable working with geographically dispersed teams and have experience with managing Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) and Environmental Assessments (EA) across the U.S. EOE, M/F/D/V.
