Mid-West Wet Weather Program Manager

We currently have an opportunity for a Wet Weather Program Manager in our mid-West region. Options exist for location including Louisville KY, Lexington KY, and Cincinnati OH. This position is responsible for coordinating the following efforts throughout the corporation: Execute a corporate strategic plan to grow the wet weather and sewer system segment of the municipal client base within the corporation Assist with development of business planning for offices that serve municipal clients Ensure technical consistency of product by being involved as a technical resource on major Wet Weather projects Disseminate technical and regulatory information related to wet weather through regular communications within the corporation Be actively engaged in regional and national technical and professional organizations Recruit and hire staff within offices to apply the best staff to projects Assist the Municipal Marketing Vice President for the purpose of winning new work in the areas of CSO, SSO, and stormwater NPDES Programs with municipal clients.

Skills & Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in the field of Civil Engineering 15+ years relevant experience P.E. license Experience as Program Lead for a Municipal Wet Weather Program Experience with EPA National/Regional wet weather nonpoint source initiatives (e.g. National CSO Policy, CMOM, etc.) Knowledge of water quantity and water quality modeling program, GIS database programs, field evaluation and assessment technologies and asset management programs desired Active involvement in technical societies on a local and national level with published papers preferred Ability and willingness to travel a must
