Education: BS Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Physics, or Mathematics and a minimum of 5 years of job-related experience. Equivalent military training and work experience in the E3 disciplines may be considered.Work Experience Field: RF, EMC, EMI, HERO, Radar, Communications, Ordnance, EM field measurements, Testing, TrainingSpecial Skills: _Excellent communications and analytical skills; working knowledge of computer systems. Position may require travel. Position requires the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance. Job Description : Essential Job Function: _Perform a variety of E3 engineering functions to include development and review of EMC technical documentation such as MIL-STD-464A, MIL-STD-461, MIL-HDBK-235, perform co-site, environmental, and RADHAZ analyses of new and relocated transmitter and weapon systems, provide techniques of mitigation or develop emission control plans to eliminate or moderate interference. Perform RF measurements to include development of test plans, site co-ordination, testing, data analysis, and report generation. Develop and conduct E3 and EMC training using written, oral, and video media. Provide technical assistance to the acquisition community in assessing the adequacy of E3 coverage in acquisition plans and provide support for the technical evaluation of new and modified systems to ensure compliance with current E3 standards and practices. : : EOE M/F/D/V
