Mechanical Engineer/Ownership Potential
Our client, an MEP consulting engineering firm has 2 offices in West Virginia where they do most of their project work. They are roughly a 10 person firm with a tremendous amount of workload and are in need of a mechanical engineer to lead their operations in their Charleston, WV office for mechanical engineering. Prefer a PE or someone close to getting one. Would like someone to have between 5 and 10 years experience in consulting engineering. They provide excellent benefits including paid family medical insurance plan, 401K, retirement plan, etc. Family oriented business looking for the right person to join the firm to be the next generation of engineering leadership and eventual ownership of the firm. Engineer Qualifications:Mechanical Engineer with 5-10 years experience in a consulting engineering firm.PE required and ability to obtain WV license by reciprocityWilling to relocate to Charleston WV areaSalary range: $55-70K A brief summary of our benefits:100% company paid family insurance package including medical, vision, dental (no employee contribution)long term and short term disability policiestwo weeks paid vacation starting to accrue after first six months employment - after 10 years service this is changed to three weeks and after twenty years it is changed to four weeks5.7% of gross salary given to employee for SEP Retirement plan starting after 1 year employment - no vesting plans - all paid by company and in control of employeecompany sponsored 401K profitit sharing plan (no company contributions but company pays for administration of plan)1/2 day per month sick leave per year - can carry over with up to 15 days accrualcompany paid life insurance policycompany credit card issued for project or work expensescompany pays standard current government mileagle expenses for personal car use on job if requiredcompany paid continuing education programseven paid holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Thanksgiving Friday, Christmas Day).
