Mechanical Engineer/Ownership Potential

Our client, an MEP consulting engineering firm has 2 offices in West Virginia where they do most of their project work. They are roughly a 10 person firm with a tremendous amount of workload and are in need of a mechanical engineer to lead their operations in their Charleston, WV office for mechanical engineering.  Prefer a PE or someone close to getting one. Would like someone to have between 5 and 10 years experience in consulting engineering. They provide excellent benefits including paid family medical insurance plan, 401K, retirement plan, etc. Family oriented business looking for the right person to join the firm to be the next generation of engineering leadership and eventual ownership of the firm.
