Mechanical Engineer I

We are looking to expand our capabilities and add a mid-level Mechanical Engineer to join our Dallas, Texas office. As a Mechanical Engineer I you will: Produce and coordinate the design of mechanical building systems utilizing ABS/ADT.  Conduct site visits, review shop drawings and submittals and answer contractor’s RFI’s Prepare calculations for mechanical equipment sizing and selection. Select, schedule and layout mechanical systems/equipment.  Compose specifications and modify when necessary.  Attend client meetingsIdeal candidates will possess: BSME or BSAE w/mechanical specialty EI or PE preferred 3+ Years of experience in the A/E environment  Demonstrated success in project design  Experience in working with a team of professionals  Good oral and written communication skills  Commitment to quality service and engineering Knowledge of LEED a plus Experience with Trane Trace, Carrier HAP Visual DOE a plus CxA a plusIf you are ready to join a family friendly (6 consecutive years as a Top 100 companies for working families Orlando Sentinel), environmentally conscious, technology driven firm, then you are ready for TLC.
