Mechanical Engineer
Â
Researches and analyzes customer design requirements and specifications to determine feasibility and reliability of proposed system. Performs stress calculations for piping, structural steel, and pressure vessels in compliance with engineering principles, industry standards, company standards, and customer contract requirements. Prepares documentation packages for customer approval of the system. Evaluates and approves design changes, project fabrication procedures and drawing releases. Maintains close communication with shop personnel to ensure the production of a quality package. Works with the Project Manager to execute the project within the limitations of the project budget and schedule.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university with 2 to 4 years of industry related experience.
