Mechanical Design Engineering Manager

Is this who you want to be in your next career?Do you have expert knowledge of Engineering design process and codes including Structural and Mechanical engineering; Cryogenic systems; Pressure vessels; Cold Boxes; and P&ID's?Experience with ASME Code Section VIII & IX, B31.3, UBC, IBC, AISC, ACI, ASCE-7Management expereince with a large group of Engineers and Designers in support of Cold Box and other product lines.10+ years experience in design of pressure vessels, piping or structural steel 5+ Years Managerial experience in a manufacturing/engineering environmentIf you have these qualifications, you might be a good fit for our client!If you have the experience, the background and the know-how, this position might be just right for you. You will have the opportunity to:Work with Project Managers to plan, schedule & coordinate detailed phases of design engineering projects.Reviews technical concepts of major projects, provides technical guidance on unusual or complex problems and supervisory approval on proposed project plans. Works closely with Project Managers and staff Engineers to ensure design requirements are met on time.Oversees advanced technology projects and leads R&D projects.Drives process improvements in design/product quality through the implementation of engineering best practices.Ensure that engineering design procedures are prepared and kept up-to-date to meet ISO 9001 requirements You know how to hire and lead the team!
