The Position – Marketing Manager

 

The successful candidate has at least 10 years experience marketing professional services in the engineering, architectural, or construction industries.  

 

Job Function/Duties

 Proposal management and preparationStrong grammar, writing, and editing skills and ability to interpret technical information and adapt it to a non-technical audience with a client-oriented benefit focusMarketing management experience including strategic marketing planning, public relations, client contact and relationship building, and managing othersManagement skills with a balance of strength and flexibility, strong communication, successful delegation, effective recognition of others, the ability to work well with technical professionals, time management, and the ability to multitask (coordinate multiple deadlines and people, follow numerous project leads, and maintain countless client relationships)Computer skills – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and the Adobe Creative SuiteParticipation in local technical societies (SMPS, AIA, ACEC, etc.)A related degree
