Marketing Assistant

Theme park ride manufacturer based in Millersville (moving to Baltimore City in early 2009) is in need of a Marketing Associate to help with marketing efforts within the company.  Our environment requires a team player who can multi-task, meet client as well as internal deadlines, and be flexible to adapt to frequently changing priorities.

 

Activities include, but are not limited to proposal and presentation preparation, vendor contact, email marketing campaigns, product literature maintenance, web site maintenance, press releases, and trade show preparation.  

 

The successful candidate must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Publisher, possess the ability to work under pressure, strong proofreading and grammar skills, and be proactive and responsive to client requests.  Basic understanding of MS Project, Smart Draw, and Dreamweaver a plus.
